To adopt an animal through HOPE, we request that you complete an adoption application below, available for online submission or as an Adobe Acrobat file:

Filling out an application does not obligate you to adopt a cat or dog but will expedite the adoption process. It will also assist our adoption counselors in matching you to a suitable pet. We make every effort to match our foster pets to appropriate homes. If you have questions prior to filling out an application email us at hope@homelesspets.net and a volunteer will get back to you within 72 hours.

Fees:

All animals are neutered/spayed. They have received all age-appropriate shots prior to adoptions. We ask that you pay an adoption fee of $100 for cats and $150 for dogs when you adopt your new family member; this helps defray the costs of these and other medical needs of our animals.
